Carers First provide the below support to carers aged 18+:

• Information, advice and wellbeing support
• Carer support groups
• Workshops and training
• Support to access and prepare for a Carer’s Assessment
• The Carers Discount Card for discounts in local shops and leisure centres
• Carer’s Emergency Card and support to complete a “what if…” plan
• Regular e-news and what’s on guides full of information about events coming up and the services different partner and local organizations can offer
• Support planning including signposting and referral to a range of local services such as benefits advice, counselling and health condition specific organisations
