Eligibility
Inclusion
- Contraception choice complicated by co-morbidity
- Difficult IUC fitting where method is used for contraception
- Difficult IUC removal (non-visible or avulsed threads)
- Removal of implants that are not palpable/have no pop-up sign
- Removal of implant where previous failed removal attempt
- Removal of unusual implants (Jadelle or Norplant)
For patients who are using contraceptive methods for non-contraceptive reasons and have problems, please refer to the Ivy Community Gynaecology service via e-RS
