Eligibility

Inclusion

Hackney residents over the age of 18 with a suspected or diagnosed learning disability.

This will be as a result of their assessed IQ and adaptive functioning levels.

The Integrated  Learning Disabilities Service will assess whether an adult has a learning disability and what support they are entitled to, based on an assessment against the eligibility criteria.

Who can refer: GP, Nurse, Other, GPs, statutory and voluntary organisations, family and carers, Self-referral available
