HUH One-Stop 2ww Hysteroscopy Clinic for Post-Menopausal Bleeding

Referral Criteria:

• POST MENOPAUSAL BLEEDING (PMB).

• ABNORMAL UTERINE BLEEDING on tamoxifen.

• ASYMPTOMATIC POST MENOPAUSAL WOMEN found to have an incidental thickened endometrium on Ultrasound of >7mm.

Exclusion Criteria:

• Patients who do not accept the outpatient hysteroscopy concept.

• Patients with current suspected or confirmed pelvic inflammatory disease.

• Patients with limited mental capacity to consent.
