Individual Funding Request

If there are exceptional clinical circumstances for a treatment or drug to be provided that the NHS North East London does not usually fund, cases should be referred to the Individual Funding Request (IFR) Panel using the IFR Application Form. 
 

For NHS North East London, comprising the London boroughs of City and Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, Barking and Dagenham, Havering and Redbridge

This should be used in conjunction with the evidence based intervention (EBI) policy which details specific procedures that will require IFR and can also be found under downloads.
