Eligibility

Inclusion

Failed or declined conservative measures for women who have urinary and prolapse problems
Requesting assessment and pessary insertion
Failed or contraindicated medical treatment for bladder problem
Recurrent urinary tract infection
Dyspareunia and vaginismus requiring assessment and treatment

Exclusion

Within 6 months of giving birth
Referral for pelvic floor exercises and bladder training
Asymptomatic patients
Faecal incontinence or urgency
Constipation
