City & Hackney Integrated Primary Care CIC (IPC) was formed on August 1, 2024, building upon the solid reputation of the City & Hackney GP Confederation and the City and Hackney Office of PCNs. The organisation supports local practices and Primary Care Networks. Although IPC is newly established, it carries forward a longstanding tradition of partnership, innovation, and dedication to primary care within our community.

Care Quality Comission (CQC)
City & Hackney Integrated Primary Care CIC (IPC) is a newly established provider organisation. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England. As a new entity, we have not yet been inspected or rated. When inspections take place, we will publish outcomes here and link directly to the official CQC profile.
