Supporting the delivery of high-quality, accessible and innovative services to practice populations in City and Hackney provides the foundational principle for City and Hackney Integrated Primary Care and we seek to support every member practice in City and Hackney to achieve the best health outcomes for their patients, through having the most prepared and up-to-date workforce.
We have developed resources to guide specific clinical areas, including immunisations, vaccinations and screening programmes.
We have templates for policies and protocols and information to support practice partnerships to develop the nursing workforce, including model job descriptions, training guides, including Statutory and Mandatory training.
